Logic Models

We love creating logic models! A logic model is a tool that guides projects and helps to ensure that the team aligns with their stated goals and objectives throughout the life of the project. Logic Models can be just about any shape that makes sense for your project and generally includes: audience, inputs, activities, outcomes, outputs, and indicators. 

 

• Audience: Who is your audience? Who are you trying to reach through your project or program?

• Inputs: What materials or sources of funding are going into the project from the beginning?

• Activities: What types of things do you plan to do as part of your project?

• Outputs: What types of tangible outputs will you create as a result?

• Outcomes: What do you want the audience to take away from their experience with your project?

• Indicators: How will you know when you’ve met your outcomes? 

 

We help teams create logic models at any stage of a project. We also provide logic modeling workshops that support the development of a logic model created specifically for your team. We even support teams who are having a hard time getting on the same page!
