Grant Writing

Writing an Essay_edited.jpg

Many groups and organizations require potential grantees to write and respond to a request for proposals (RFP) or grant applications to articulate their ideas and plans to utilize the grant money. Responding to these grants can be a time-consuming and challenging process. In particular, conceptualizing a project and ensuring the entire team is on the same page can be particularly daunting. Effective grant writing encapsulates the vision of the project alongside information regarding scale, audience, output, and impact of the proposed project. Each point referenced in the RFP needs to be addressed within the response and the team needs to strike a balance between addressing specific details and providing an overarching scope of the project.

Oberg Research can help you with your grant writing process. With our proven skills in grant writing, we work with teams to articulate the objectives, goals, and outcomes of their projects. Additionally, we work with teams to provide support for strategic planning and logic model creation for their proposed projects.

We are happy to be added to grant projects as external evaluators. We have experience working with a variety of different granting institutions such as the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Institute of Health (NIH), the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and many other private granting organizations.
